Jacketify is a leading e-commerce platform that aims to provide people, who live and love ageless fashion, with the best leather jackets and accessories. In the current context where every brand has an online presence, Jacketify is one such brand, which prefers to be termed as a lifestyle entrepreneur that mentors bands of heritage craftsmanship and quality towards its users’ adventurous spirits. The brand has an amazing array of products; however, its acceptance to the market was an uphill task at first. With Jacketify, our vision was to level the playing field – to tell its story to people who value exquisite leather handicrafts and get spaces in their homes filled with such works.

We began by getting right into the core of Jacketify’s brand, from their promise to use high-quality materials, to the creative breath that goes into crafting each piece. With those, we identified their target market: people aged 20-45 who always choose well-made pieces of clothing that speak confidence, strength and quiet sophistication These customers seek not just fashion, but expressions of identity that they can wear and keep for years to come.

Having a well-defined vision of Jacketify’s target market, we crafted a correspondingly appropriate marketing strategy in order to firmly position Jacketify as a brand loved for its quality and uniqueness. Therefore, our approach was based on omni-channel strategy in order to enhance audience engagement across the channels that are visually and narratively appealing. Being attentive to both Instagram and Facebook, we focused on the beauty, history and the rugged nature of every product trusting the content telling the story. The campaign that we created in collaboration with Jacketify harnessed her jackets and accessories, however, was not limited only to the exhibition purposes, but provided the experience of timeless leather beauty instead.

Challenges Faced by Jacketify

Establishing a Different Brand Image

Jacketify found it difficult to create a different image because this was a saturated market where there was no differentiation in the brands already existing. This made it difficult to generate an image that clients would remember.
