ModeStyle is an E-Commerce Business providing quality watches to men and women according to their unique taste. In this digital world of e-commerce, where every brand is competing for attention, ModeStyle emerged as a hidden gem. Despite their exquisite products, they struggled to break through the competition and rise. Our mission for ModeStyle was clear: To tell their story to the world and open doors to an audience for a business that provides high-quality watches blending individuality and elegance.

Our journey with ModeStyle began by gathering all the information we needed to create a perfect marketing plan. From the company’s vision to their products, we left no stones unturned. After discovering their unique style, we moved our attention in understanding the target audience. We described who our perfect customer was-between 25 to 50 years of age. These weren’t just demographics, they were aspirational personas who want only the best in quality and style. Knowing them inside out enabled us to craft our messages and campaigns that understands their needs.

This gave us the chance to fine-tune our content such that it speaks directly into their interests and positions ModeStyle as a brand which really understands its customers. We focused on our target audience with a multichannel approach in terms of digital marketing to build up ModeStyle’s exposure and engagement. The objective was to particularly target those social media sites like Instagram and Facebook since they present a great form of visual storytelling. We based our content strategy on the artisanal and handcrafted characteristics of every watch, featuring striking images and stories focusing on what makes it so unique.

Challenges Faced by Modestyle:

Brand Recognition

ModeStyle’s brand visibility was lower in an already saturated market. Therefore, it could not differentiate itself.

Competitive Landscape

Better-known brands and their increased marketing budgets remained a big hurdle for ModeStyle in getting a much bigger share of the market.

Identify Target Customer

The brand had very minimal insight into the targeted audience, which led to the failure of marketing message tailoring to the desired targets.

Limited Digital Presence

Initially, ModeStyle had an under optimized website and a low level of social media engagement, thus limiting its ability to connect with customers online.

Content Strategy Deficiencies

Without a centralized content strategy, ModeStyle finds it hard to create valuable and interesting content that promotes both the products and the brand.

User Activity

Building the community around the brand was difficult, which resulted in missed opportunities for user-generated content and brand advocacy.

Conversion Rate Optimization

High bounce rates and abandoned shopping carts indicated issues with website usability and checkout processes, making conversion into sales difficult. 

Budgetary Constraints

Budget mode was a limiting factor here, as the brand – considered smaller – was not invested in the necessary marketing ideas and tools.

The fast digital landscape became too challenging to keep in step with, and innovation trends, to remain afloat in the marketplace.

Goal of the Project:

The goal for ModeStyle was to increase the brand recognition as well as increase its brand awareness by 50% and conversion rate growth by 30% within a period of six months. This goal was oriented towards promoting the distinct identity of Modestyle to the relevant audience to enhance sales and grow the company as an online watches retailer.

The marketing strategies for ModeStyle have reshaped its online presence significantly. We have experienced a 37% surge in unique visitors who are on the lookout for quality watches. Effective marketing resulted in a 40% increase in engagement as social media campaigns focused on the distinctiveness of its brand.

Our attention-grabbing email marketing stories were responsible for high open and click-through rates, which can be attributed to real interest from the customers. Updated general performance of websites and even more effective search engine optimization worked in favor of the site and increased the organic traffic content two times bringing more people to ModeStyle in a more organic way.
