Our collaboration with Tripnez was focused on creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that is tailored according to their business goals. Tripnez is a business that offers domestic and international tours with customized packages. Nonetheless, despite their outstanding services, they encountered obstacles to their key demographic and desire for increased booking figures.
As a first step, we proceeded to the analysis of Tripnez branding and positioning which made it possible to establish its unique selling propositions (USP), for example, custom made options, travel consulting, and local insights. This required adjusting the messaging since the objective was to portray Tripnez’s dedication to creating amazing trips – its distinguishing factor.
Assessing the target audience was also a crucial part of our marketing strategy. We segmented the potential travelers into: families, adventure seekers, business travelers who value customized services. Developing such personas using surveys and social media made it possible for us to reach the markets and their campaigns.
